Minutes of today's MHBC breakfast meeting - Friday 27th November 2009

This morning's meeting was chaired by Barry Josephs of Omniprint, who arrived early to greet members and guests. Chas Walton, the Text Wizard, was in charge of technology and busied himself setting up his projector for his own presentation and, to our delight, a powerpoint from Ikram ul-Haq of Mian Accountants!

Using a Virtual Office Address

Many Hands Make – Your Virtual Office provides many virtual services but one of the most popular is our Mail Forwarding service which provides a small business with a Virtual Office address. We did have one returning guest Aron Stevens from Internet Essentials, more from him later!

To advise Aron of who, what, where and why, we did a quick fire round to introduce ourselves and highlight our various areas of expertise!.

"can you do a Gok Wan" Photoshoot

You never know what someone on the other end of the phone will ask for. Early Wednesday morning the phone rang... "Can you help me... can you do a Gok Wan" fo me?

Needless to say the TV programme had been on the night before which prompted this mother of a teenager to call and ask for something specific. I invited her over to the studio to look over the facilities and to talk through the style of photoshoot she wanted. I gave her price lists for a Portfolio shoot for the Boudoir photoshoot and… Continue
